The High Potential Individual (HPI) visa allows individuals to stay in the UK for at least two years. To be eligible, you must have been awarded a qualification by an eligible university within the last five years. If you hold a PhD or other doctoral qualification, the visa duration extends to three years.

To see if you are eligible, visit the High Potential Individual page on the UK government’s website.
