The Disney College Program Fall 2026 Applications are Now Live
If you are looking to have a little magic in your professional development, the applications for The Disney College Program are live for their Fall 2026 program!
The Disney College Program is a well-regarded internship program where students live, learn, and work at Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida. Participating students work in a variety of guest-facing and backstage roles in Disney’s famous resorts and theme parks. Participation in the Disney College Program, would also afford you the opportunity to Disney-specific and exclusive professional development opportunities, programs, and events.
Program Considerations:
- Starting pay: $18/hour
- Program length: 4–8 months, with potential to extend up to 12 months
- If selected, you will be able to choose your dates (date options are subject to availability and chosen on a first come, first serve basis. More information can be found here: Fall Program Dates
- Eligibility Requirements
- At least 18 years of age at the time of application
- Currently enrolled and taking classes OR have graduated from an accredited United States* college, university, or higher education program within 24 months of the application posting date
