McKinsey Pilots New Behavioral Interview Format
- McKinsey is testing a new “client conversation” interview in final rounds – a 20-minute simulation of a real stakeholder interaction.
- It’s non-evaluative (won’t impact hiring decisions yet), but it signals where consulting interviews are heading: away from scripted stories, toward real-time communication and business judgment.
