About the Role
AperioHub (www.aperiohub.com) is seeking motivated university students to engage in project-based research, analysis, and structured problem-solving across selected business domains. This program is delivered virtually and involves collaborating with peers and professionals to develop applied skills through structured project simulations.
We accept a limited number of participants each cohort. Prior cohorts have included students from Cornell, Columbia, Carnegie Mellon, Johns Hopkins, Dartmouth, and USC, among others.
Program dates: August 3 – August 30, 2026 (4 weeks, fully virtual).
Participants engage on project assignments in areas including banking and financial analysis & business strategy and consulting — depending on project availability and applicant background.
What You Will Do
- Conduct structured research and analysis on assigned project scenarios and briefs
- Develop and present project deliverables, summaries, and analyses
- Collaborate with fellow participants in small groups of 5–8 people from different countries and educational backgrounds, working in a virtual team environment
- Participate in discussions, feedback sessions, and review meetings
- Prepare a final presentation at the end of the program on team learning and analysis
- Participants will be mentored by an industry professional throughout. The program is self-paced and rewards independent initiative. For the Aug 2026 cohort, mentoring will be supervised by the program founder.
Who Should Apply
- Currently enrolled university students or recent graduates
- Available for 4 consecutive weeks, approximately 10–15 hours per week
- Interest in business, finance, strategy, or cross-functional projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a virtual environment
- Basic familiarity with productivity tools (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Access to a laptop and stable internet connection

This is an unpaid program designed for experiential learning and professional development. It does not constitute employment. No stipend or participation fee is charged.
