Cre8tive Logic is seeking a passionate and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, high-impact creative team. What You’ll Do
- Create Impactful Designs: Develop high-quality visual assets that align with client brand identities and marketing goals.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the Creative Director and the wider agency team to execute cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
- Iterate and Improve: Participate in a feedback-driven production pipeline, embracing a culture of continuous improvement and creative excellence.
- Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of design integrity.

Requirements & Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design proficiency and strategic thinking.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with regular in-person attendance at our York, PA office.
- A positive, professional attitude and a desire to grow within a high-performance creative agency.
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or a related field) preferred, but not required.
- Experience: 1+ years in graphic design preferred.
- Bonus Points: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Shopify is a huge plus! However, if you don’t have this experience yet but possess a strong willingness to learn, we are ready to help foster and grow those skills with you.
Schedule & Perks
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Compensation Package: Based on experience with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
