Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst with AI/ML experience who can transform complex data into actionable insights while leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to solve business problems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization, and hands-on knowledge of AI/ML tools and technologies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R for data analysis and machine learning.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting.
- Experience with Generative AI tools, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, or similar LLMs.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and relational databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Build predictive models and apply machine learning techniques to support business decisions.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions into data analytics workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources.
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Document analytical processes, models, and findings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, or AI-powered analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, AI/ML, or cloud platforms are a plus.
