Professional Development Specialists are responsible for the following:
Provides professional nursing care based on nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
Serves as a role model and mentor for students and other staff.
Maintains accountability for own practice and aspects of care delegated to others.
Jefferson Health is searching for a registered nurse Professional Development Specialist with advanced skills who demonstrates a high degree of professional competence in a specialized nursing field. Qualifications for this position include:
Master’s Degree in Nursing required
RN, BLS, and ACLS certifications in the state of New Jersey
Five (5) years of nursing experience with three (3) years in area of specialty practice
