We are seeking a highly accurate, organized, and “sharp” Accountant to take full ownership of our financial operations and personal property management.

- The 2-Week Trial: Upon a successful initial interview, selected candidates will undergo a paid 2-week performance trial. Your final hourly rate within the range will be determined based on the speed, accuracy, and “sharpness” demonstrated during this period.
- Holiday Bonus: An annual Christmas/Holiday bonus equal to one full week’s pay.
The Role This is a comprehensive, high-responsibility accounting role. You will manage the entire financial cycle of the wholesale business as well as the accounting for the owners’ separate real estate properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Tax & Compliance: Prepare business tax documents, including sales tax, payroll tax filings, and year-end preparation for CPA review.
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage Accounts Payable (POs and vendor payments) and Accounts Receivable (CC processing, term invoicing, and bank deposits).
- Reconciliations: Perform daily bank balance checks and monthly statement reconciliations with 100% accuracy.
- Payroll & Commissions: Execute weekly payroll and generate precise monthly commission reports for sales representatives.
- Property Management: Manage rent collection, tenant records, and basic accounting for the owners’ rental properties.
- Inventory Liaison: Work within our ERP system to receive shipments, create labels, and process returns/credits.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Experience in full-charge bookkeeping.
- Tax Knowledge: Proven ability to handle tax document preparation and local/state compliance.
- The “Sharp” Factor: We need a critical thinker who catches discrepancies immediately and works with high autonomy.
- Tech-Fluency: Advanced Excel skills and high comfort level with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Language: Professional-level English (written and verbal).
- Integrity: High-level professional references and a background check are required.
