The International Tax Associate will collaborate closely with a dedicated and passionate team, including the International Tax Practice Leader and other members of the International Tax group, to deliver a broad range of compliance and consulting services for both foreign-owned and U.S. multinational clients. This entry-level position is tailored for graduates to engage with global businesses and individuals. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to enhance your federal, state, and international tax skills through a combination of on-the-job experience and team coaching.
The duties of this position will focus on enhancing your technical and quality expertise while providing exceptional client services; not only through regular tax compliance work, but a vast array of consulting projects and opportunities. These responsibilities include:
- Prepare complex tax returns for multinational businesses and foreign-owned businesses
- Advise individuals on cross-border taxation complexities
- Support the international tax team in modeling cross-border tax mitigation strategies through research and data analysis
- Collaborate with various service lines and engagement teams to provide holistic client services
- Communicate complex issues in a non-technical manner to clients and team members
- Develop an understanding of U.S. taxation, the international tax implications of business and individual taxation, worldwide tax minimization, transfer pricing, and accounting for income taxes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, International Business or related field
- A desire to learn and develop with the ever-changing international tax landscape
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products, strong analytical knowledge in Excel
- Actively pursuing CPA licensure, if not already obtained
- Understanding of general accounting and tax principles and eagerness to learn
Essential Functions

- Ability to work outside of normal business hours and weekends as needed
- Ability to travel to local and non-local clients and events as needed, overnight travel may be required
