Our clients span across Aerospace, Defense, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Retail verticals.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building long-term client relationships. You will represent Scaled Solutions Group’s suite of ERP consulting services, including implementations, upgrades, training, integrations, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries
  • Prospect, qualify, and manage inbound and outbound leads
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools
  • Present Scaled Solutions Group’s ERP consulting services to key decision-makers
  • Develop tailored proposals and work closely with the delivery team to scope solutions
  • Participate in networking events, webinars, and trade shows
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21, Kinetic, and ERP market trends
  • Track and report sales activity, forecasts, and KPIs to leadership

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (ERP, SaaS, or consulting preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, supply chain, and manufacturing/distribution environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Prior experience with Epicor products is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
