This is a 4 to 6 week training program geared to May 2026 Graduates will focus on equipping new graduates with essential skills for a seamless transition into the workforce as a Financial Associate with Strategies for Wealth.

Key components include:

Onboarding & Orientation: Company overview, policies, and culture.

Technical & Soft Skills Training: Industry-specific tools, communication, teamwork, and leadership.

Project-Based Learning: Hands-on experience through real-world assignments.

Mentorship & Networking: Guidance from experienced professionals and peer connections.

Performance Reviews & Career Development: Feedback sessions and career growth planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new clients through various prospecting methods including cold sourcing and prospecting.
  • Financial Consultation: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Build and manage your own client portfolio, nurturing long-term relationships through regular communication and reviews.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards to ensure the highest level of service and trust.

Qualifications:

Must be graduated in May/June 2026.
