What You’ll Do
- Develop relationships with dentists and office managers.
- Visit dental offices throughout your assigned territory.
- Introduce practices to Ultra Core Dental Labs.
- Present our complimentary first restoration offer.
- Build a portfolio of long-term clients and recurring business.

Compensation
- Year 1: Earn 8% commission on all collected gross revenue from every office you bring to Ultra Core Labs.
- Years 2–4: Continue earning 3% residual commission on those same accounts.
Annual Performance Bonuses
- $300,000 Revenue → $3,000 Bonus
- $500,000 Revenue → $7,500 Bonus
- $750,000 Revenue → $12,500 Bonus
- $1,000,000+ Revenue → $20,000 Bonus
No income cap. No territory cap. Unlimited potential.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable meeting new people.
- Organized and professional.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required. Dental experience is a plus but not required.
