Global Brigades aims to empower 100 communities to rise out of global poverty through a holistic model of healthcare, clean water, sanitation infrastructure, banking and economic development. Healthcare is the first part of the puzzle and Villanova is participating in the global health movement with their chapter of GMB. Villanova Global Medical Brigades spends the school year raising money, collecting donations, and spreading information about the importance of global health culminating to yearly trip to Panama, either during the fall, spring, or summer break!
