CliftonStrengths & Gallup AI | Student Prompts for Career Development

Gallup AI can help students turn their CliftonStrengths results into practical ideas for career exploration, job searching, interviews, teamwork, and reflection. Because it connects to your Gallup Access profile, it can use your strengths automatically and provide research-backed guidance tailored to you.

Below are sample prompts you can copy, adapt, and use right away. The prompts are the most important part, so start there and customize them with your major, interests, or goals.

  • Be specific. Gallup says its AI is most useful when you include context such as your major, a role you want, or a challenge you are facing. The more detail you give, the more personalized the response can be.
  • Know what makes it different. Gallup AI is built into Gallup Access, connects to your CliftonStrengths profile, and provides research-backed responses based on Gallup content rather than general internet results. Gallup also states that client-specific data is not used to train the models.
