Program Dates: March 2 – March 7, 2025

Daily Program: Throughout the week, students meet and learn from professionals, including numerous Villanova alumni, with a variety of skills and backgrounds who collaborate together to create art and content viewed and recognized around the world.

Deliverables: Each student will participate in pre-trip meetings with the cohort and will prepare a brief summary on a company or individual that is participating in Villanova on Set. During the program, each student will introduce and lead the discussion at one or more of the sessions.

Costs: $1,500 + travel to/from Los Angeles. This $1,500 program fee covers students’ meals, hotel, entertainment, and transportation while on the ground in Los Angeles. Each student is responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel. If you would like to be considered for need-based funding, please check that option on the application.

Accommodations: Students who participate in Villanova immersion programs stay in a hotel on location and share rooms with each other. Rooms are assigned to students and follow university housing policies and guidance. However, it is central to our mission to make sure we are as inclusive as possible to all members of the Villanova community. Eligibility: All Villanova students (undergraduate, graduate, professional studies, law). Students will be notified if they are accepted by Friday, January 31, 2025. Please note that this is a competitive program.
