Job Description:
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Entering financial data and maintaining accurate records of transactions, and organizing financial documents.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Help with processing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
- Auditing Support: Assisting with internal or external audits by gathering necessary documentation, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- General Administrative Tasks: This could include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing support to the accounting team as needed.
