What you’ll do
Our people are the undercurrent of everything we do, and it is the human resources organization that enables the business through talent. Throughout three ten-month rotations, you’ll build on core HR principles and skills through accelerated formal training, mentorship and a community of peers and advisors.
As part of the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP), you’ll:
Get hands-on experience in a variety of functional areas, enhancing your HR core competency knowledge
Learn the nuances of how talent principles are incorporated in business strategies
Experience a variety of tactical and strategic assignments that will challenge you and let you create and improve HR processes and programs
Perform analysis of high-demand and future talent needs across business lines
Support design and development of strategic initiatives including talent programs, talent insights, HR strategy and operations, HR services, etc.
Review and analyze talent data and metrics to identify trends and create summaries
Develop human resources and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives
Build a supportive community of peers through a variety of cohort strengthening activities such as social events, development workshops, and catered insight to support your career acceleration
Give back to the communities where we live and work
Upon successful completion of the HRLDP, you may be permanently placed in a role within HR such as:
Talent Consultant (business HR)
Compensation Consultant
Recruiter
Talent and Culture Program Manager
Data and Insights Analyst

Basic qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources (M.A. HRIR, Med, Human Resource Development, etc.) and minimum two years of professional work experience
-or-
Master of Business Administration (MBA) and minimum two years HR experience
Ability to start development program on June 24, 2024 in Minneapolis, MN.
Preferred qualifications:
Effective written and verbal communication skills within a business context
Experience building presentations and utilizing basic data visualization techniques
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to think and work independently with a professional demeanor
Flexibility to work within a multi-discipline team and receive dynamic on-the-job training
Highly organized; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
