The Cabrini alumni Job Search Club, facilitated by the Villanova Career Management Team, is an exclusive, all-virtual program designed specifically for Cabrini alumni. This club consists of a series of three interactive meetings, each focused on essential aspects of the job search process. Participants gain valuable insights, practical guidance, and support to enhance their career prospects. Cabrini alumni will receive a direct email invitation for each of the 2 Job Search Club programs run each year.
Key features of the Cabrini alumni Job Search Club include:
- Expert Guidance: An experienced career coach will lead each session, covering topics such as resume development, job-seeking strategies, interview preparation, and negotiating job offers.
- Peer Interaction: Club members have the opportunity to connect with fellow Cabrini alumni. Participants can ask questions, share experiences, and learn from one another.
- Supportive Community: The Club fosters a supportive environment where members can encourage and motivate each other throughout their job search journey.
- Biannual Offering: The Job Search Club runs twice a year, providing flexibility for Cabrini alumni based on their availability.
- Minimum Registration Requirement: To ensure meaningful interactions, we require a minimum of five registered Cabrini alumni to form a cohort.
Annual Career Program
The Villanova Career Management team will provide a live career services program at the annual Cabrini alumni event. The program is thoughtfully designed to align with current and relevant career and professional development trends. The annual career program is developed to empower Cabrini alumni to thrive in their careers and stay competitive in today’s dynamic job market.
