STUDENTS SEEKING A SUMMER INTERNSHIP WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
The Hershey Company is seeking Food Scientists and Chemical, Mechanical, Food Process Engineer Majors for a twelve-month immersive internship work experience in the Enterprise Continuous Improvement and Operations Technology Department. Students will gain hand-on experience working side by side with technical professionals developing, validating and implementing technical projects in Hershey’s Global Manufacturing Network. The student will work out of the Hershey Technical Center in Hershey, PA.
Accepting students that have completed sophomore year and higher or are in a graduate degree program. Students who will have graduated prior to June 2024 are ineligible for this internship.
Responsibilities include assisting and leading continuous improvement projects with Food Scientist and Process Engineers.
