The Role
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a HRMS (Human Resources Management System) Analytics Intern to assist with compiling raw data into a useful form of intelligence resulting in better decision making within the business.
What you’ll do
- Creating reports to support our HR Business Partners.
- Creating metrics and calculations to support KPIs in the new Analytics tool.
- Pull data on request from partners outside of HR.
- Create excel reports and use advanced macros.
- Create a dashboard for a specific process using Birst tool.
- Analyze data for key trends.
You’ll be successful if you have
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong excel skills.
- Familiar with dashboard tools such as Tableau or Birst.
- Some experience with data being able to tell a story with that data.
- Some exposure to HR business processes.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Be enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Be a rising undergraduate senior or pursuing a graduate degree.
- HRIS (Human Resources Information System) program strongly preferred.
